What I Do

As an eclectic, provisionally licensed therapist (LPCC), I draw from a wide range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic approaches, and more. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work together to best fit your unique needs and goals.

  • Depression

  • Chronic illness

  • Coping skills

  • Family conflict

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns

  • Relationship issues

  • Self-esteem and empowerment

  • Sexual abuse

  • Spirituality and church trauma

  • Stress

No matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based support.
